After the program adjustment yesterday,the GPIO12/13/14/15 not be used now and the JTAG can normally build breakpoints,Thank you very much for your help these days~

How can one JTAG debug when SDCard is attached to the same pins as it is in Espressif WROVER and Olimex EVB designs??

Sorry, that's not possible. The SDMMC and JTAG pins conflict, so if you use the SDMMC pins to drive a SD-card, you cannot use JTAG. On the WROVER at least, the hardware does not interfere, so if you do not use SDMMC, JTAG works fine.
