Using any ESP32 as USB master for serial usb devices

I am looking for a possibility/solution to connect Prolific / FDTI / Cp210x serial USB devices directly to e.g. an esp32-s3. Is this possible, do I need to write a driver, has anyone done this before?

Just for clarification: Currently, the only supported targets are the ESP32-S2 and ESP32-S3.
