How do I access my auto-provisioned BLE mesh?

I'm attempting to set up a BLE mesh with a sensor server and a sensor client, using the ESP-IDF-provided examples for each. The sensor_client example includes provisioning, so when I turn both on, the client provisions the server. When this happens, how can I then access the mesh to see if data is being sent, etc? Previously I'd been using only unprovisioned nodes, provisioning them with my phone using the nRF Mesh app by Nordic Semiconductor, but now the nodes don't show up, even when I search for provisioned nodes. Do I have to set the network keys to match maybe?
