Crystal recommendation for ESP32-U4DWH

Hi - I am currently designing a baseboard for the ESP32-U4DWH.

I'm looking for guidelines / recommended part numbers for the 40MHz crystal. I've looked in the hardware design guide and didn't see any specifications for the crystal and capacitors.

Please advise what I should be looking for in the crystal specs; suggested part numbers are welcome.

It needs to be 40MHz and <10ppm, otherwise it's unconstrained. Capacitors depends on the internal capacitance of the crystal and your PCB layout, Adafruit has a nice bit of text about that.
