Windows SDK on drive other than C:\

Hi
I wish to install my esp development in a different drive than c:/ and belive I have setup the whole thing to point to my installation (including environment variables) but still when I run the make command I get an error saying:"Command not found make: *** [build/driver/uart.o] Error 127]".
when I moved the whole espressif library to c:/ everything worked smoothly.

Hi Danieli,

(I moved your post to a new thread, because it wasn't related to the thread you replied to.)

This should be possible and supported. I know there are developers at Espressif who develop on Windows drive D:\.

You may need to "make clean" in your project if you have an existing build directory from before you moved it.

If this still doesn't work, can you please post:

• The value of the IDF_PATH variable
• The path where IDF is moved to.
• The path of your project (the directory with the Makefile)
• The full output when you type "make"
