Supplier for esp32 cam already prepped for external antennae?

Can anyone tell me if there is a source that sells the esp32 CAM board set up and ready for external antennae use with the 0 ohm resistor in the proper orientation? Every one I have purchased is set up to use the on board antennae and I then have to do microscopic soldering to use the external antennae. I have trashed several as a result.

You'd probably be better off asking a manufacturer of a board like that directly... Espressif doesn't make them, but I think e.g. AI Thinker does; there may be others who also manufacture boards with the name ESP32-cam on it.
