Flash Problem (Out of program mode directly)

I am encountering a flash problem in esp32-WROOM. It used to be working fine but somehow it broke now.
1. The automatic flash from CP2102 (UART to USB) does not work
2. Use the Boot and enable button to get into program mode success but then before the flashing start, it immediately runs the contained program.
3. It can only be flashed after erasing the flash.

Might anyone know what causes this? I am curious as to how this could happen
