Re: ota checksum failed
No clue, but what may help: can you dump the flash and do a binary compare against a known-good flash to see what changed?
Re: ota checksum failed
I have already did that thing earlier but didn't find anything means everything is fine.ESP_Sprite wrote: ↑Wed Apr 06, 2022 12:00 amNo clue, but what may help: can you dump the flash and do a binary compare against a known-good flash to see what changed?
Still let me check again with some more devices and will let you know.

Re: ota checksum failed
Hi All,
I am also facing the same issue
"I (183572) esp_image: segment 0: paddr=00110020 vaddr=3f400020 size=2fcf4h (195828) map

PS: a) I am using the test bench setup, with power supply.
b)This is happening only for file sizes 1MB+, a file size less than 700KB was upgraded successfully
In case someone has any breakthrough on this so far, Would highly appreciate the response asap on this.

I think it may be problem for power supply fluctuation due to which it is failing at your end but we didn;t found any exact root cause for the same.
Because we are using device with inverter power supply in which we are facing issues randomly.

Re: ota checksum failed
Hello Imtiaz and Espressif Team,
I just want to know that how it is related to power supply? can you please describe things little bit more? Because we are facing this issues into multiple places where solar solutions are installed and ESP32 module is getting power from Invertor only.
So, We are little bit confused like is it due to power supply issue or something else which we need to identify.
