Decrease Power consumption

Hello

I read mpu6050 register value every 300ms .
WiFi off Bt off adc off .

ESP32 current is 15-20ma.

I need decrease, lowe power consumption . is it possible? if it is how can i do lower power consumption?

I looked these videos but ididny find any video under 20mA power consumption.
