Options for External 2.4GHz Coexistence on ESP32

Postby chrismerck » Tue Mar 22, 2022 3:36 pm

A recent Espressif app note[1] describes an external coexistence feature whereby 1-, 2-, or 3-wire modes may be used to allow another 2.4 GHz radio on the same PCB to negotiate access to spectrum.

Is this feature available on ESP32? Or only on ESP32-C2 and H2? How about S2? --- The document is not clear on this point IMO.

Thank You,
Merck

(including all ESP chip series except ESP8266 and ESP32 series).
The protocol is available for ESP32-S2 and the following series of SoCs (ESP Wi-Fi).
Esp32-s2 and newer

Thanks so much for the reply, WiFive. I don't know how I missed that reference to the S2 in the document.
