Can you buy an ESP32-CAM board that is jumpered. Fo external antenna?

I am just getting too old and feeble to successfully unsolder and resolder the jumper(0 ohm resistor) to enable usage of the external antenna connection on the ESP32-CAM board. Is there any source to buy these boards already configured to use the external antenna connection? I have antennas and have a few destroyed boards while trying to do the conversion. Why couldn't they just have put a switch (or at least the pads for a switch) on this board. It would be SOOo much more useful! Any source info would be appreciated.

Contact the LILYGO team directly, they help me for 3 boards normally defaulted to internal antenna, they shipped to me the three boards set to external antenna. They are great to work with.

Well, Lilygo finally responded to my question about getting some ESP32-CAM boards preconfigured for an external antenna. Their response was to ask which board I was asking about. They apparently don't make an ESP32-CAM. I looked through their product descriptions on their website and didn't see anything looking like the ESP32-CAM. So, I am back to asking the forum if anyone knows where to buy ESP32-CAM modules factory wired for external antenna instead of the on-board antenna.

There are ebay sellers who supply them with an external antenna, maybe message one to ask if it is ready configured?
