Esp-prog doesn't want to work anymore

Hello guys
I work with esp32 and esp-prog jtag debugger on Visual Studio Code (1.64.0) and esp-idf (v1.3.0) for a few months without big problema ... but at the enad of dicember i no be able to go in debug mode with esp-prog, i was checked all pin on board and debugger, checked driver on windows (with zadig) and at the and i was install all on other pc, but the comunication not not works ...
I'm desperate enough to accept any suggestions
