ESP32WROOM

Hi,
For a project I was planning to use "ESP32-WROOM-32E" this module. For programming purpose I am planning to use Pin Number 35 and 34. Same pins I need to use for interfacing the UART based communication. Attached the pin interface in schematic for reference.
1. What are the things I must take care to use the below attached circuit?
2. Is it allowed to use the same?
3. Multiplexed features are optional, it may or may not be used.
