Getting a letter authorizing an FCC change in ID

Hi, we’ve been trying to reach espressif about getting a letter to authorize an FCC class 2 permissive change in ID from Espressif. I tried the contact us form but haven’t gotten a response - are they simply gone for Chinese New Year right now? We are trying to get FCC approval as quickly as possible and are block by not just needing a signature.

You could try grabbing the email addresses from their recent filings and reach out to those persons directly.
