Query mDNS

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to query mDNS host using lwip.

gethostbyname(host)

I want to query for a LAN server that already has avanhi running.

The build config has

CONFIG_LWIP_DNS_SUPPORT_MDNS_QUERIES=y

Do I need to enable the mDNS server in ESP32 for this to work?.
