I'm trying to open the PCB layout and I'm not succeeding.
What software does the PCB was done?

That's not a PCB file, that's the CAD file for the box (as in: the enclosure) itself. You probably want to look here and here instead. I think the PCB designers use PADS, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
