thonny development microPython (ESP32-cam development board) how to update the firmware

After I flashed in microPython's firmware, the athonny reported the following error.

Device is busy or does not respond. Your options:
  - wait until it completes current work;
  - use Ctrl+C to interrupt current work;
  - use Stop/Restart to interrupt more and enter REPL.
 

But it works with microPython file uploader.
