Bluetooth Mesh Library

Hi everyone
if I clearly understand the ESP-IDF used these library for BLE & BLE MESH :

mynewt-nimble:

&
zephyr rtos BLE Mesh:
https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/z ... /bluetooth

so one of the best BLE Mesh Library is developed by nordic semi. so can you port this library for esp32 ?
is it possible ?

Not allowed
This software, with or without modification, must only be used with a Nordic Semiconductor ASA integrated circuit.

and my another question is the ESP Bluedroid and ESP nimble is stable release ?
