ESP32 BLE and WiFi http requests working together

Hello. I have been noticing many people talking about having a lot of issues when trying to use BLE and WiFi simultaneously. I have now combined 2 examples from esp-idf (ble_gatt_table_server example and the I have wrote my own custom function to connect to WiFi and perform some http post requests to a webiste.

I am performing http requests every 1 second through freertos task. Also, I am connecting to my ESP32 device via bluetooth using my phone and sending bluetooth packets as fast as my finger can click. I am noticing no issues at all. Could someone help me understand more about BLE and WiFi running together and what are the potential issues? I am going to need both for my project and would like to know what to lookout for and how to prevent it in advance.
