Hi,
I need cellular connectivity for my ESP32 project to send data from a data logger via http to a server online.
Can anyone recommend a module that either solder to PCB or plug into PCI socket and operate in Australia on 4G network.
Thanks

I have made hardware before using Simcom SIM7600SA-H for clients in Australia. They work well, but the speed is somewhat overkill if you don't want more than 10 Mbps transfer speeds. There are mPCIe modules available for it.
Supported bands, in case you have a list of what carriers use:
LTE-TDDB40
LTE-FDDB1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B28
UMTS/HSPA+ B1/B2/B5/B8
