ESP32&ESP8266&ESP32S2 RF Performance Test source code

Is the source code for the esp32 test available. My product does not have the programming serial ports exposed but I would like to utilize the functionality of this test for certification in country x. I do have a serial port that is exposed or a button I can use to cycle test modes so adding this change if source exists would be pretty trivial.

I don't think so, but you could try mailing sales (at) espressif.com, they usually handle RF testing stuff and might be able to help you with that.
