Driving the Piezoelectric transduce 113KHz

Hi,
I've 113KHz piezo transducer @113KHz,
I'm trying to drive using esp32 PWM.
The circuit is like below

I don't see any signal at the output to the transducer

Hard to say... given the fact that your ESP32 outputs a PWM signal, it's not software. Perhaps your mosfet is broken? You're effectively building half a boost circuit with the mosfet plus the inductor, possibly at some point the Vds got so high it killed it?

No, Mosfet seems to be fine (VSD-0.5V)
