I'm trying to sort out all the pin labels on...
the ESP32 Module
and the ESP32 WROOM-32 DevKit-V4
ADC1_0 is also labeled ADC^PA
ADC1_3 is also labled ADC^PA
I've searched but can not find the definition of what ADC^PA stands for or means...
The Question:
What is the definition ADC^PA?
And their use in this capacity?
Thanks for any help.
What are the ADC^PA pins on the ESP32 (aka ADC1_0 & ADC1_3)

Not sure, it's not in the current ESP32 datasheet. These pins are SENSOR_VN and SENSOR_VP in the ESP32 chip datasheet; this had something to do with the differential amplifier that is in the ADC. In the end, we couldn't get that to work properly, so we took that out of the datasheet; now these are standard input pins or ADC pins and I think the ADC^PA thing is just a remnant of what was intended to be.

There is no mention of ADC^PA in the Technical Reference Manual. I think PA just means "pre-amplifier". The only available amplifier is coupled to the Hall Sensor (TRM section 29.4.3).
