Where are esp32 Infrared Code Examles?

I'm using the Arduino IDE and watched this video...

But in it he loads the code from...

File > Examples > IRremote > IRreceiveDump

But IRremote does not appear in my Arduino IDE Examples.

I have found two links but am unsure if either is correct...

Where can I download the latest Infrared code for use with the ESP32?

Question 2:
After Downloading it how do I add it to the Arduino IDE "Examples" ? Is there a folder somewhere on...
a) my Win10 PC
b) my Linux Mint computer
