ESP32 Pico D4 big differences in light sleep current between chips

Hey there,

we have a customly designed board based on the ESP32 Pico D4. After producing more than 300 pieces we found out that the light sleep current in unicore mode (CONFIG_FREERTOS_UNICORE=y) is very different between ESP32 Pico D4 modules. We measure for some chips 400uA and for others up to 1.1mA with the exact same Software.

What is the reason for that? The difference between chips is simply too huge for our project.
