bluetooth tethering help

hey all,

I have been searching for a few days now. I’m trying to work out how to Bluetooth tether (PAN) to a iPhone. cannot find much on it for the esp32. not loading webpages or anything. just sending mqtt out to cloudmqtt.com.
I can tether via Wi-Fi just fine. but with iPhone you must open the personal hotspot settings for it to be discoverable via Wi-Fi. you do not need to do this with Bluetooth.

using ardunio ide as the programer
