ESP32 with FLASH issue

hi all,

Having some issues with recognising flash memory (W25Q32JV).
It is conencted in following way (supply is 3V3):
CLK->GPIO14
SDI->GPIO12
SDO->GPIO13
CS->GPIO15
HOLD->GPIO4
WP->GPIO2

Did following changes in fuses:

Flash voltage (VDD_SDIO) set to 3.3V by efuse.

Does anyone has any hint what might be wrong?
I have no pullup/down on GPIO 12 as its used for comm, so i burned in 3v3 over efuse.
