ESP32: Return to Arduino-IDE-coding after Flashing with MicroPython

Hi folks,

this is my first post in this form due to the fact that I'm new in ESP32-programming.

I did some MicroPython-programming and do want to return to Arduino-IDE-programming. How do I reinstall the Arduino-IDE-firmware? Or is this the wrong track.
I do also bet that I'm not asking this as the first in the row ... Then: thanks for a link
