I was looking at the Camera section in the ESP32-S2 Sheet:
"ESP32-S2 supports one 8 or 16-bit DVP image sensor, with clock frequency of up to 40 MHz. The camera interface is implemented by using the hardware resources of I²S."
I assume this means you would wire-up a camera to the the I2S. But it might also imply that when using a camera the I2S is exclusively used by the camera.
Can anyone clarify the relationship there?
Thanks!
