ESP-LE -BLE (IDF) client-server-relay

I'm starting to work with esp32 Wroom. I already installed the ESP-IDFand ran hello_word.
i want to build a client-server-relay network with 3 esp32 wroom as a node. I can't work with the prompt, what software should I use to program this network? python or vs code.
maybe someone has already set up such a network? what could help me to build this network?
