Unable to use my esp32 demo board after having tried flash encryption

Hi, after having tried the flash encryption example my demo board has started sometimes. But now I obtain the error:

Now it is impossible to use it. Disable the encryption does not resolve the problem and it is impossible do use the other projects.
Is there a way to resolve or it is broken?
