Toolchain is not installed

Good afternoon.For several months I have been trying to install toolchain, but everything is unsuccessful, both on Linux and on Windows.Tried the standard setup https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... setup.html from here, at the very end of the installation gives errors.Tried through the console, gives errors that there are not enough packages in Python, I finished loading them myself, but one could not finish loading -cryptography.Tell me what to do? I did everything according to the instructions
