BLE Raw advertising data

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could explain a bit more in detail how to manually configure the raw advertisement data. From the examples I've been able to workout how to change and set the name but setting other values like set_scan_rsp or min_interval from the esp_ble_adv_data_t I can't seem to workout and I'd love for someone to explain how and why it's useful as the docs aren't that informative.
