esptool.FatalError: Timed out waiting for packet header

esptool.FatalError: Timed out waiting for packet header

I get this error every time I upload a sketch
can anybody help me

That effectively means your computer can't talk to the ESP32. Check your hardware, perhaps also try using the buttons to get the ESP32 into boot mode manually.
