Usage of input only pins as Rx lines

Hi,

before working on a new design I wanted to make sure that the following is possible.

The pins GPIO36, GPIO37, GPIO38, GPIO39, GPIO34 and GPIO35 are marked as input only in the IO_MUX documentation of the ESP32 specification on page 49.

Can those pins be used as UART Rx and SPI MISO for example without limitations or do they follow other (additional) rules?
