Face Recognition with Blynk - Need Help Testing Sketch

If someone has a moment - probably half an hour - could they test this tutorial to see if the video part works?

It's an Arduino sketch that sends data to an app on a mobile phone. It uses Blynk. I can't test the video stream works because I have a 4G internet connection and I can't do port forwarding.
