ESP-PROG cannot download program

Hello, I'm a custom of ESP-PROG. There is a problem occur to me. I can use ESP32-DevKitC board to download program directly through the computer. The connection is ok. But I cannot use the esp-prog to download program to ESP32-DevKitC board when connection also is ok.
What's the reason is? How could I use ESP-PROG to downlaoad?

The reason is that the ESP32-DevkitC board already has its own usb-to-serial port connected to these pins; if you connect something else to them, this will interfere. Suggest you just use the on-board usb-to-serial chip instead.
