I just started to read esp32 documents.

Please any one clarify what is RTC in context of
RTC GPIO ?

hi

The second Image is not clear, can u please re-post it.
is it REAL TIME CLOCK ? or something else I am not able to understand?

Yes essentially it is "real time clock/controller" but contains all the blocks shown in the pictures.
