URGENT: WIFI BUG?

Hello
I'm trying arduino "WiFiAccessPoint" example.
When I try to connect with my "android 4.4 note2 I receive this error:

E (427073) event: mismatch or invalid event, id=63
E (427073) event: default event handler failed!

Why??

I read that past mont there are been problem with wifi.
Are this problem correlate to this error?
My version is:
ARDUINO_ESP32_GIT_VER 0x9a7946e6

Can I reinstall using:

Are all fix now available using this installation procedure or I should manuall install using this tutorial:

If you read the issue it says you can ignore the error it is not important
