Do Espressif do Design Review

Like to know if Espressif do a review on the schematic and PCB. How do I submit and can you provide links please.

It depends. If you're making a PCB/design for a small-batch product, feel free to post things here and the community will look at it. If you're going for mass production, you may be better off inquiring with sales@espressif.com.
