I don't know what you're talking about. Neither in the IDF nor in 3.1.2 3.1.3 not working WiFi AP.
It doesn't work neither in my program nor in the simple use of a clean example of the IDF.

What's the point of releasing a new idf 3.1.3 with non-working wifi? You have no wifi since about January 10th. that is almost 50 days. What is the advantage of ESP32 without wifi? I've had a shipment of 500 devices for a month. What do you think my thoughts are? I'm thinking of going to China and finding that programmer.)))
