SPIFFS Partition Size

I am using the SPIFFS on an Adafruit Huzzah32 dev board.

This dev kit has 4MB of flash. I think the default size of the file system partition is half of it at 2MB.

I only need about 100k for files on this particular application. Is there any easy way to control the size of the file system?

I have been trying to find out where the source code is that does the actual formatting and determines the size to set aside for the SPIFFS.

I have not been able to track it down yet.

Does anyone know where that is and how to build it for the Huzzah32?
