My BLE application is always crashing at a specific point with the following debug :

abort() was called at PC 0x400e78ab on core 1

What is the best way to investigate and understand what's happening ?

Please check https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp ... rrors.html, in particular "Register Dump and Backtrace" section. If you use IDF Monitor tool (available via "make monitor" or "idf.py monitor"), the backtrace will be decoded into function names.
