Guidance on CONFIG_LWIP_IP_FRAG and CONFIG_LWIP_IP_REASSEMBLY?

Hi all,

Can anyone provide some guidance on whether or not I should use CONFIG_LWIP_IP_FRAG and CONFIG_LWIP_IP_REASSEMBLY for a consumer grade device? Would it be expected to see fragmented packets in the wild with various consumer routers and networks? Is there any reason not to turn it on, just in case?
