Is there or will there be an official flash tool for Linux?

Ok, got Windows all set up with an example "hello world" - compiles just great... not the foggiest idea what to do with the pins on the demo board. On the ESP8266 we have to attach 3v3 to 3v3, gnd to gnd, serial in and out - and ground GPIO0 temporarily to program..

So what is the equivalent on the demo board (the kit we received with the ESP32 board and 0.1" spacing base board. Which pins on that board need to go where??? Has anyone already programmed the chip - simple hardware guide would be great...

Hi,

We are normally using ESP Download Tool 3.4.2 usually in windows to flash firmware images into ESP32 based boards.

But, sometimes we are getting packet header type of error while flashing firmware same way as normally working. And also sometimes not able to flash firmware into few boards though it can be programmed using make flash command.

Also, we are generally using 912600 baudrate for that.

Does this issue has been fixed into 3.4.4 download tool or has anyone faced this type of issue while flashing firmware into higher baudrate?
Regards,
Ritesh Prajapati
