BLE 4.0 example source

Hi there,

I am now wanting to learn BLE 4.0. My interest is on BLE 4.0 setup, pairing, and remote-controll as well as the app on smartphone. Learning programming is best to learn by example. Hence, it would be very appreciated if someone able to point to a simple BLE program on FreeRTOS (not Arduino), please?
