no - tink you swap WROOM-32 with ESP-32s from AI Thinker.
there is only one ESP-WROOM-32 on Market
and they are from espressif it self
and they are just in time not labeld with FCC / CE

think he mean the seeedstudio version,
My last information was:

just in time, there is no ESP-WROOM-32 with FCC CE Labels on Shield / PCB
it comes earliest end of NOV 2016
