ESP-WROOM-32 ADC0 & ADC3

Can ADC0 and ADC3 be used on the ESP-WROOM-32, since those pins are internally connected via 270 pF caps to the SENSOR_CAPP and SENSOR_CAPPN pins on the ESP32? I read that the 12-bit conversion time of the ADC is about 166 us, is the conversion time reduced on those two pins due to the caps? Thanks.

I'm looking for the same information. If we weren't cutting it close on I/O for the design, I'd just use other pins. I'm wondering whether the ROVER with the integrated 270pF capacitors on SENSOR_VP and SENSOR_VN can perform normal ADC operations on these two pins.
