Modifying the Tick Rate

I am wondering if someone could show me how to modify the Tick Rate for the FreeRTOS scheduler?
I would like to slow it done to see the impact on my project.
I'm using Arduino IDE with ESP32.

#define CONFIG_FREERTOS_HZ 100
in sdkconfig.h
