Equip ESP32-WROVER-KIT with touch

I am thinking about purchasing a ESP32-WROVER-KIT for a project which needs to be equipped with a touch screen. I found this http://www.buydisplay.com/default/3-2-i ... 0x320-dots touch panel as an addition to a screen. I can't find any information about the used LCD screen (especially the ratio) on the kit and I am not sure about how the panel needs to be connected, so maybe you can help me:
Is it possible to connect the touch panel to the development kit? Does it fit the built in screen with its 240x320 dots ratio?
